Baba ghanoush is a mashed eggplant dish. YUCK-O.

Babaganush...from the recipes I've seen sounds like a yummy dip/spread for pita chips. Like hummus but with eggplant instead of garbanzo beans. Maybe we should make some to try during the Super Bowl.
I think I have actually eaten babaghanoush...or at least it's fun to say!
